Ivy No.1 at Hall Farm Cottages is a two-bedroom cottage on the ground floor, arranged as one open-plan space that brings the living area, dining space and kitchen together under one roof. Windows frame views across the River Crouch and countryside beyond. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, so cooking and eating here are straightforward. A shower room with cubicle shower serves the property, and there is a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other.

The whole place is yours alone. Patio doors open onto decking with garden furniture and a barbecue (the barbecue is shared with other properties on the estate). Two parking spaces come with the cottage. A welcome pack, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; the heating is gas central. There is a vineyard and café next door. No smoking is permitted inside.
