Mark Farmhouse has four bedrooms and two bathrooms across two floors. Downstairs there's a spacious living room with a 50-inch smart TV, a separate snug with another television and a sofa bed, a dining room, and a kitchen with breakfast bar and full cooking equipment. A utility room handles laundry. Upstairs, three bedrooms have zip-and-link beds that can be split into singles on request, and one has a single bed; the main bathroom includes a bath with shower attachment, and there's a separate toilet. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The enclosed garden has a terrace and furniture for outdoor time. One dog stays free. No smoking indoors.
