Downstairs is open-plan: kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher; dining space; living area with Smart TV and electric fire. The shower room is ensuite to the bedroom.

An enclosed garden and patio face south, with furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. Parking for two cars is on site. Essentials including Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are covered. Dogs stay free and there is a bike store; the property comes with a guide to local walking trails. The space suits couples, and those with a dog will find it genuinely set up for them rather than merely tolerated. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
