About The Swan Inn
Step into a room at The Swan Inn and you'll find straightforward, traditional comfort rather than anything flashy - the kind of set-up suited to a night stopping over near Worcester or a longer countryside break. Breakfast is included, free WiFi covers the rooms, and the reception desk is staffed around the clock, so arrivals at odd hours aren't a problem. Dogs are welcome too, making it an easy choice for guests travelling with pets.
Downstairs, the restaurant is the heart of the place, known for its Sunday roasts and well-cooked steaks alongside a decent range of drinks. Staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxed rather than formal, though the kitchen doesn't always hit the same high note on every visit. Free on-site parking makes it a practical base whether you're driving in for the evening or staying longer.
Set on Worcester Road, the inn gives easy reach into Worcester itself and out into the surrounding Worcestershire countryside, suiting guests who want a comfortable bed, a good meal and a starting point for exploring the area.

Good lunch. A bit noisy for having a quiet conversation - we had asked for a conservatory table for this reason! (we are both a little deaf!) But not in use despite giving us a reservation! Food was good especially the lamb! My husband enjoyed his soup and a fancy burger.

Came here for a Sunday lunch as a large group. The food was nice but the meat felt poor for the price and overall meal portion size. Slim cuts with more fat than meat, one carrot and a mouthful of cauliflower cheese. Lovely atmosphere and lovely staff but quite steep for the quality.

We travelled from Oxford for a few nights and loved the fact that this pub is dog friendly! Staff members very attentive and gave lots of fuss to our fur baby. Lovely steak meal, thank you!

Delight setting , spacious seating areas inside in a cool semi open covered area and a garden. Friendly staff and a good choice of beers and wines . The food was disappointing, from the menu it sounded ok a varied selection, mostly different grilled with chips or sandwich styles . But the presentation and plating was poor . Over dressed green salad , couscous stodge overcooked burger , bland grilled chicken not a hint of a garnish or a sauce Yes it was a hot lunchtime and I wouldn’t want to be cooking but overall wouldn’t recommend. To be fair they did take one meals off the bill but that’s not what you want when you go out to eat is it ?
