Lower East

The Malvern Hills rise around you here, with footpaths and cycle routes threading through the surrounding countryside. Tenbury Wells, a market town with independent shops and restaurants, is seven minutes' drive away. Further afield, Ludlow and Worcester are within 30 minutes, and the Severn Valley Steam Railway—a popular local attraction—is also nearby. The landscape itself is the main draw: rolling hills, vineyards, and the kind of quiet that makes a proper retreat.

Lower East is a ground-floor apartment carved from a substantial Georgian manor house. It contains a double bedroom, a shower room, and an open-plan living space that combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, so the two of you won't feel cramped. A courtyard outside gives you a private outdoor spot. The kitchen is equipped to cook properly: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. There's parking for two cars on site and a bike store if you want to explore by pedal. One dog is welcome, though it must be kept on a lead. No smoking is permitted inside.
