The Cotes

The Cotes is a detached barn conversion on a small arable farm in the shadow of the Malvern Hills. Upper Welland, a quiet village with a shop, lies within easy walking distance along a footpath. A pub and restaurant are half a mile away, and the Three Counties Showground—which hosts events throughout the year—is nearby. Great Malvern's theatre, Upton-on-Severn's music festivals and specialist shops, and the market towns of Ledbury and Tewkesbury are all within reach for a day out.

Everything is on the ground floor. You get two bedrooms (one double, one with two singles plus a z-bed), a bathroom with bath and shower, and a living room with TV and CD player. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and there is oil central heating. A cot and highchair are available. Outside, a walled garden and courtyard garden with patio furniture provide outdoor space; parking for three cars is on site. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking indoors.
