Stayed here for the first time as I used to stay at another site in goldsithney. I can honestly say, we made the right choice. It is perfectly situated, a very short walk and you're on the beach and Penzance is but a stones throw away. But let's get the elephant in the room sorted, there are plenty of posts mentioning the lack of wifi, but personally speaking, I was 100% fine with that as I was there for a weeks break, and not there to stream or go online. There are plenty of things to do and go to, and to be honest, with all the fresh air, we were asleep by 10pm anyway. We either chatted with each other, or played cards or board games. We stayed in one of the smaller vans, and it suited us just fine, plenty of storage (btw it was just me and my partner) so the second room was used for my stuff and she had plenty of room in the main room for hers. Although we never used it, there was a heated pool on site, and the info shed was great, load's of free to loan items and plenty of literature to take away, including a good map of Cornwall. Their is a free car park, but you can drive up to the van to unload and load. It saves ruining the grass and getting mud everywhere... There are picnic style benches outside every van, so you can sit out when it's nice. The owners are brilliant, very friendly, knowledgeable and polite (there is also a lovely friendly cat walking around lol). I could go on for ages about the site, but suffice to say, we would highly recommend it, and we will definitely be going back next year... Just sorting work dates out.. thank you for a wonderful week and looking forward to seeing you again

Brilliant little park! Family run and couldn't ask for a better location. Has about 17 caravans on it and a private outdoor pool for the residents (this is a proper suntrap all day and even swimming at 9am when it opens its really warm in the sun). Caravan was clean and well presented and positioned well so that the outside space felt pretty private. Marazion beach is literally a short walk down and across the road (can literally be on the beach from the park in 3 minutes) and the town is about a five minute walk in. Regular buses to both Penzance and St Ives on the costal circular route outside also too. Overall loved our stay and hope to be back next year!

Wonderful place. Been coming here for over 20 years. It's ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in West Cornwall. Five minutes walk to Marazion beach, 10 mins to St Michael's Mount causeway. A short drive to Penzance, Mousehole, St Ives, etc. The site and caravans are immaculate and the owners are friendly and can't do enough to help you get the most out of your stay. We'll be back again soon.

Lovely family run park. Only 17 caravans most taken up by people who have stayed there more than once. That to me speaks volumes. Very clean and well maintained. Also the pool is a great way to start or end your day. Really enjoy are stay
