We stayed here Sunday night. Great location in the middle Market Rasen. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very comfy and clean. The food was good with a good menu. And a good range of beers. Breakfast was lovely and nice proper coffee. We will be back next time we are in town.

Just tried the surf and turf menu, typically Mat style. It's a set price £20 and you have a choice of 3 unusual turfs and surfs. I had the BBQ belly pork and Cajun cod and salmon skewers with fries and a salad. The flavours are amazing. Also had an Advocate arms scotch egg with a chorizo jam stunning. You're always guaranteed unusual combinations that taste amazing with Mat. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu 😊

I visited tonight for a friend’s birthday, with a table of 8 booked. The service was fantastic and the waitresses who served us went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. When asked, a waitress brought out a cake for us, as well as boxing the remainder for us to take home. The food was good and arrived very quickly as we had pre-ordered. Thank you for an unforgettable night.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city centre, with very convenient access to transport and shopping. The room was very spacious, with plenty of natural light and a great view. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, this is a very convenient and comfortable hotel for a city-centre stay.
