The Barn

Cullompton sits in Mid Devon's countryside, and The Barn is a rural retreat just right for a group of seven. The converted property has three bedrooms spread across two floors, each with its own bathroom—a practical setup when you're sharing space. Downstairs you get a living and dining room with a wood burner, kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and direct access to the enclosed garden. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one sleeping two and the other three if you count the single bed alongside the kingsize.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and coffee machine, plus a washing machine for longer stays. Essentials like electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, and there's initial fuel for the wood burner. The enclosed garden has a patio, garden furniture, a gas barbecue and firepit, with parking for two cars on site. The garden does have 16 steps, which is worth knowing. One dog is welcome; smoking is not. Check-in is after 17:00 and checkout before 10:00.
