Nice small place if your looking to find a place to spend few hours with your kids. I was very much impressed with the insects and the butterflies section. Farm animal section could have had more attraction. Bird hide and the red squirrel enclosure were nice additions - unfortunately didn't see any of them - neither the squirrels, nor any bird other than usual crow or sparrow. Kids play area is good enough to keep them busy at least for couple of hours. Cafe was nice - we tried the vegan options and were happy with what we got. Will definitely recommend as a short duration attraction.

Always a pleasant experience visiting Pili Palas. It is my son’s favourite outing and we’re so lucky to have it on our doorstep. Plenty of things to do & explore. We love visiting all the animals, followed by some food in the cafe (which is lovely) and then play in the softplay & outdoor area. The menu choice is great and they cater for various dietary requirements (I am gluten intolerant) so it’s great to see their vast options. They have homemade cakes that are baked to perfection and the coffee is great too!! We’ve been twice in the past week and will continue to visit for a long time. The staff are always very friendly and attentive & the cleanliness is to a high standard. Highly recommended. Diolch x

What an experience! Plenty of butterflies as soon as you walk in. Birds, fishes, larger birds, insects, meerkats and much more to see here. Nice and warm inside. Brilliant play area with a zip line which is great for the kids. Small farm area and walk through the woodland with more animals to see. Entire experience was great, highly recommended.
