About Aurora Hotel & Italian Restaurant
Each of the eight rooms at Aurora Hotel & Italian Restaurant comes with its own en-suite bathroom, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children. Drinks can be brought straight to the room, while free WiFi covers the property for guests who want to stay connected. It's a small, straightforward set-up rather than a sprawling resort, which suits those who prefer a personal feel over endless corridors.
Downstairs, the hotel's own Italian restaurant and bar form the heart of the place, with breakfast served each morning and a garden to sit out in when the weather allows. Practical touches include luggage storage, a laundry service and business facilities, and the hotel also operates as a wedding venue for those looking to celebrate on site. Free on-site parking is provided, which is useful given the town-centre address.
Aurora Hotel & Italian Restaurant sits on Academy Street in Nairn, close enough to the centre to reach shops, pubs and other restaurants on foot. Culloden Battlefield lies nearby for a day out, and the surrounding area offers golf, fishing, cycling and walking for those wanting to get outdoors. Nairn itself is under half a mile away, keeping the seaside town within easy reach.
