About Cenarth Falls Resort
Waterfall walks, cheese appreciation, leaping salmon, bobbing about in a coracle… there are several reasons why folk would settle in the little Carmarthenshire village of Cenarth. And you can add to that mix the fine collection of facilities at Cenarth Falls Resort, an award-winning site 10 minutes' walk from the village's pubs, cafés and small supermarket.
The on-site spa, bar and restaurant are the real highlights here – settle in the comfy bar with a drink, then pay a little extra for access to the adjacent spa's indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. Visitors praise the peaceful atmosphere, delicious food and genuinely helpful staff, though some find the spa prices a touch steep. Kids, meanwhile, won't be bothered by such things – they'll be too busy in the play area or games room.
For self-catering supplies or a wider choice of eateries, Newcastle Emlyn is just five minutes' drive away, making this a convenient base for exploring the surrounding countryside.

Wow what a hidden gem we discovered today, the cafe and food and setting was unreal, the staff were an asset and so kind and attentive! The food was to die for all Freshly prepared and made on site! So much to keep little ones entertained including toys and board games during meal times, the selection of cakes was jaw dropping and to top it off the spa facilities were beautiful and so very relaxing and at an incredible price! Although we were not staying on site as we are local we were made to feel appreciated and welcomed and valued! Can’t recommend this place more will be returning in fact next week and every week we are able to! Thank you to all the staff today you’re all worth your weight in gold! Being dog friendly is such a big bonus too, although our whippet didn’t come today he will be next time x

Let's start with the negatives, the website really need to update their pictures of the resort, the picture shows a lovely outside pool, but sadly this is no longer in use and is green with algi. If you want a swim, it's going to cost you £10 at the indoor spa, you get a whoping 10% off with your card to say your staying at the site, i really dont see how this affordable for a family with young children, who want to swim every day. For campers, the ground is gravel, so you would bennifit from an impacter to get your pegs in, only a small area for tourers, about 20 pitches ( but that was quite pleasant) Showers were a little perfectic, but nice and warm, taps for hand washing were the same. We had pitche 9, so if you don't want an early morning wake up from the neighbours cock, I wouldn't avoid 6 to 10. Unless you are a walker, it's a bit far out for anything really The positives Site was clean and tidy, staff friendly, bar/ restaurant was nice and we eat here one night, I can highly recommend the pulled beef chilli. Lovely walk into the village, which brings you to the falls, we walked, but it has a car park, which is £3 a day, 2 very nice pubs, both do nice food, but very different. Tea room which offers a cream tea. A little cafe, a small gift shop, a deli, but this is only open fri to Sun. There is a petrol station with a nisa. Cardigan pleasant, but not a shopaholic paradise lol. A few nice pubs and coffee shops. If you canoe over the aquaduct, it's a 3 hour journey, but so worth it, can highly recommend the bearded men experience. Sadly won't be revisiting. Our kids are young adults and there wasn't enough to keep them entertained. But if you want somewhere to chill or just to pit stop for a couple of days or a walker, it's beautiful

Had a wonderful trip away for a long weekend with family. We stayed in the luxury pod, 2 adults 2 older children and a tween and a dog, yes it was compact but for a long weekend it was more than adequate. It also had some lovely touches such as a warm fire, welcome box and fully equipped kitchen (although we didn’t cook I imagine space may be an issue cooking anything extensive). Only small points but I would say the upstairs of the lodge would benefit from blackout blinds instead of normal, the main mattress was slightly too soft and uncomfortable for us and the fridge made a whurring noise all night, which was a bit annoying as I’m a light sleeper but it didn’t bother my husband! Unfortunately due to the water being off in Wales there was a problem with the hot tub on the first night however the staff worked really hard to get the hot tub cleaned and refilled for us, which they did by Saturday afternoon and we really appreciated it. The hot tub was a great addition (and the main reason we booked it) however the facilities on site were better than expected with a fantastic spa area with jacuzzi, sauna etc so we could use these whilst waiting for the hot tub which more than made up for it. The outdoor pool pictured however is not open and looks like the site is undergoing some development but this didn’t affect our stay. The bar on site is great, we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday lunch huge portions tasty food, alongside drinks, cakes and a few games on pool and UNO with the games supplied. Really great stay and we would definitely all return.
