Oxhay Barn

Oxhay Barn is a converted farmhouse with six bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 people. Everything needed for a longer stay is included: wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all covered. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric and Aga cookers, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine; a separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. One bedroom has its own ensuite; the other five share a family bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet. Downstairs there are two living rooms (both with smart TVs), one with a woodburner and sofa bed, plus a games room. A private gym is on site.

Outdoors, a large enclosed garden with patio and furniture offers space for children to play or group meals. There is parking for three cars on the property. The barn sits near Springpool Wood, in countryside between Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent. One dog is welcome. The property is non-smoking. The garden has 10 steps.
