Amazing views and location a short 3 minute walk into the centre of Newquay! Sarah and Matt were absolutely lovely! Very accommodating and friendly. Nice bar area with a lot of seating space. Fans in rooms and was clean all around, we opted for the shared bathroom and w/c and had no problems at all, cleaned on a daily basis. Definitely recommend staying here!

What an amazing place to stay, Matt and Sarah were such fantastic hosts. Nothing to much trouble for them, always stop and have chat with you and ask how your days been. Lovely views outside our window and on the decking outside. They have an honest bar which is much cheaper then going to the shops or pub. Our room was beautiful and clean and beautifully decorated. I can't praise Breakers enough it was fantastic and matt and Sarah are awesome. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay can't wait to come back.

I had a truly fantastic fortnight's stay at this cosy guesthouse in Newquay. The location is absolutely perfect, close to the town centre, the beaches, and the bus station, all within walking distance. It's the perfect place to explore the town and the surrounding area. My room was lovely and bright, with a very comfortable bed and a fantastic view of the ocean. The owners, Matt and Sarah, are wonderful, very kind, welcoming and friendly. I felt right at home. I highly recommend it!
