The countryside around Trevarrian rolls down towards the coast just outside Newquay, and Trevarrian Lodge sits within easy reach of the beaches and clifftop paths that make this stretch of Cornwall popular with walkers and surfers alike. It's a small, unpretentious B&B with six rooms, some of which look out over the bay, giving guests a proper sea view without any added frills.
Rooms are en-suite and warm, with family rooms available and drinks provided in-room, while the lounge and bar downstairs offer a spot to unwind after a day on the coast. A full English breakfast is included, and there's a snack bar for anything lighter. Free WiFi and 24 hour reception cover the practical side, and free on-site parking makes arriving by car straightforward. The lodge also caters for weddings, with a bridal suite for those celebrating locally.

Stayed one night whilst walking the coastal path. Jean was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure our room was as cool as possible during the heatwave. Lots of thoughtful touches and extras, such as books to borrow and a self-serve fridge. Breakfast was really nice, would recommend trying the homemade jams!

Jean and Declan are such super hosts. They were so kind, thoughtful, and they strive to deliver the best! The breakfast is next level - it's like visiting a restaurant service with homemade jams, homemade banana bread and your bespoke breakfast cooked to order. Thank you so much for having us!

Owners are very rude and place was filthy and breakfast was average at best. Lucky Newquay has a lot of places to go as wanted to be here the minimum amount of time. I would certainly look elsewhere next time as have so many choices in this area and think this was the worst pick of the bunch.

Stayed here one night with our dog.Jim Very welcoming couple.and very attentive during our stay. Room had everything we wanted. Toiletries. Tea coffee etc.Bed comfortable (Both slept like a log) Extensive menu for breakfast…Good quality We were even given a sausage for doggy.. In short a great stay and fulfilling experience albeit one night Support your local businesses 👌 Thank you both
