Great place to go if your looking for a holiday hotel within walking distance of Newquay itself. Approx 10 minute walk to aldi and Asda if you need to do a bit of shopping during the day, it is approx 5 minute walking to the sea front. Both the owners are amazing people as we have been going here for years and it's always great to go back and see them. If your looking for places to go they have knowledge of the area and can help direct you to your desired location. The rooms themselves are ideal for a couple or a single individual. They have a small bench outside to sit on if you enjoy peace and quiet either in the day or late at night.

Very friendly and helpful owners, delicious breakfast and very convenient location, also the provided safe parking spot was very useful. Room was a bit small but overall great value for money

We had a brilliant long weekend Rachel and Andrew were fantastic hosts an went above an beyond to make our stay welcoming and comfortable breakfast was fresh an tasty rooms comfortable an warm very good an understanding with elderly an disabled people excellent with our aunty who has mobility issues as well as being deaf they went out their way to be helpful and supportive with her stay I would recommend family and friends to visit and I would also come back for a stay some time soon

Had such a wonderful stay I really didn't want to leave! The hosts are so welcoming and helpful. My room was spotless, bed comfy, hot shower and tea/coffee in the room. The location is perfect, just off the main road, so it's quiet, but close to everything. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend and Newquay is such a beautiful part of the UK!
