Fairlie Ward Cottage works well for families wanting space to spread out, couples after a break with a bit of luxury, or two families holidaying together—it sleeps eight across four bedrooms. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. The whole place is yours, with a wood burner for cooler evenings, a fully fitted kitchen for proper cooking, and a hot tub on the back garden that sits six people. Sea views reach out toward the Isle of Cumbrae from here, and the garden has a firepit and barbecue along with space to sit. Parking for four cars comes with the property.

Ground floor holds the open-plan living and dining space, the kitchen, and two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with a bunk (double below, single above) plus a shower room. Upstairs, bedroom three has another kingsize bed and bedroom four has two singles, with a full bathroom. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and initial logs for the wood burner are included; heating runs via air source underfloor system. A cot and highchair are available if needed. The cottage sits on Kelburn Castle Estate near Largs, with woodland walks on the grounds and the North Ayrshire coast nearby. No smoking inside.
