Sorbie Villa is a ground-floor conversion arranged for easy living: step inside to a living room with a smart TV and sofa bed, then through to the kitchen and dining area where a full range of appliances—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer—means you can cook and eat properly rather than rough it. Two bedrooms branch off: one has a king-size bed, the other two singles. A shower room and a separate bathroom with both bath and shower give you the space you need. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included, and there's a highchair if required.

The villa sits less than 200 yards from Ardrossan's sandy beach, with a park and dog-walking routes between you and the shore.
