The area sits within the UK's only designated World Surfing Reserve, with three miles of award-winning sand and summer lifeguard cover. The village itself has shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants within easy reach, so you can be on the beach in minutes or back indoors when the weather shifts.

5 Devon Beach Court occupies the entire first floor of a residential building, accessible by lift or 30 steps. Three bedrooms sleep six: a kingsize with an ensuite and French doors opening onto a private roof terrace; a double; and a bunk room for children. The second bathroom has a bath with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave—while the living and dining area has a 43-inch TV, books and board games. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included; heating and hot water are covered. One parking space is allocated. A shared patio with outdoor furniture overlooks the bay, and the private terrace has sea glimpses towards Lundy Island.

This is a no-smoking property. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
