Crows Nest sits in a converted building directly overlooking the Atlantic, ideal for families or groups of up to eight who want space to spread out and a private base to themselves. The property works as a duplex across two floors, with a substantial living area, well-equipped kitchen and dining space opening onto a balcony where you can watch the sunsets. Three bedrooms occupy the ground floor: a twin room and two king-size doubles, one with an en-suite shower and television. A family bathroom with shower over the bath serves the twin. Upstairs is a separate suite – a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower, walk-in wardrobe and wall-mounted television, designed as a retreat rather than just another bed.

The kitchen has a proper cooker, dishwasher and everything needed for self-catering. A washing machine is tucked into a utility cupboard. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, and parking for two cars is private to the property with additional spaces in a public car park nearby. One well-behaved pet stays free. The coastal village location puts you close to North Devon's beaches and coastal paths, though the property itself works well if you simply want somewhere comfortable to base yourselves for a week.
