Cyan

The North Devon coast around Cyan rewards exploration. Woolacombe and Croyde beaches sit within driving distance, both renowned for surfing and swimming. Exmoor National Park stretches inland, threaded with walking trails that lead from moorland to wooded valleys. Ilfracombe offers a working harbour, seafood restaurants and a quirky Victorian pier. Closer to hand are coastal paths, smaller beaches and coves accessible on foot.

Cyan itself is built into a clifftop setting. Inside, the layout spreads across multiple levels: lower ground has a games room with pool and table tennis; the ground floor opens up as one living space with kitchen, dining and sitting areas arranged around a woodburner and patio doors that lead to a landscaped garden and hot tub; upstairs are four bedrooms, each with its own shower room or ensuite. Beds are a mix of king and double sizes, sleeping eight altogether. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and essentials like electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included. One dog can stay free.

The house works for families or groups who want both space and modern comfort. There is private parking for four cars and a lawned garden with furniture. No smoking is permitted indoors.
