Garden Duplex

Woolacombe's three-mile sweep of golden sand is one of North Devon's most popular beaches, and Garden Duplex sits just a short stroll away on the hillside above it. The property is a duplex across two floors, sleeping up to eight guests in four bedrooms, with two bathrooms and enough space for families and groups to spread out comfortably together or retreat separately when needed.

The ground floor centres on an open-plan living and dining area with French doors leading to a private garden; the kitchen is fitted with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and the other essentials for cooking. Two of the bedrooms are on this level—a double and a twin—along with a shower room. Upstairs are a kingsize and another twin bedroom, plus a bathroom with a bath. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. The back garden has a sitting area and barbecue, and there is parking for two cars on site. One well-behaved pet can stay free. Smoking is not permitted inside.

The beach itself is a ten-minute walk away. A pub sits within a mile of the property. The village has shops, restaurants and a variety of water sports available during the season.
