North Devon

Exmoor National Park and the Devon coastline are both within reach from Combe View, a first-floor cottage on a working farm in North Devon. The setting suits couples or small families wanting a base for exploring the moorland and beaches nearby. One dog is welcome and can stay free; the farm is working land, so pets need to be kept on lead. Children under 11 are not accommodated except for babies in arms.
The cottage has two bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed and Freeview TV, and two bathrooms with bath and shower. Downstairs, there is a living room with a wood-burning stove and a second seating area with a sofa bed, plus a dining space and a study. Initial fuel for the stove is included. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering. A patio with garden furniture overlooks the grounds, which are shared with other properties on the farm and include a sitting-out area. There is free fishing available on-site from late March to the end of September. Parking for three cars is on site. A welcome pack with home-made cake, bread and basics arrives on check-in.
