Lower Upover is a four-bedroom apartment on a single level in Woolacombe, arranged so that everything—bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living space—sits on the ground floor. This matters if anyone in your group has mobility concerns or simply prefers to avoid stairs. It sleeps seven across a master with king bed and ensuite, a second king, a single, and a bunk room, with a family bathroom and utility room completing the layout. The lounge has a Smart TV; the kitchen comes equipped for cooking properly, with a range, American fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Essentials like electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are covered.

A patio with furniture and a gas barbecue opens onto views toward the coast. Parking for up to three cars is on site. Woolacombe Beach is walkable from here—a long, clean stretch of sand that draws families and surfers in equal measure. Croyde village is nearby for food and a busier social scene, while coastal paths run toward Mortehoe's cliffs and the Bristol Channel beyond. One dog is welcome; smoking is not.
