This first-floor apartment commands uninterrupted views of Woolacombe Beach from its front balcony—a vantage point that makes the sea the backdrop to your entire stay. The building itself is modern and clean-lined, designed around that view rather than despite it. Everything is on one level: an open-plan living and dining space where light floods through, a kitchen fitted with electric cooker, hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer, two bedrooms each with two single beds, and two bathrooms (one ensuite, one with a bath and shower). Bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are included; there is parking for one car on site.

Woolacombe Beach lies 150 metres downhill—close enough that you can walk it in minutes, far enough that the apartment sits back from the noise and bustle. The village has cafés, pubs and shops; the beach itself is known for safe swimming and consistent waves. One pet can stay free. The apartment is yours alone, and smoking is not permitted inside.
