Woolacombe Beach is on the doorstep – three miles of golden sand, rolling waves, and the South West Coast Path threading along the cliffs. The village has cafés, shops and pubs within easy reach, and the whole stretch of North Devon coast rewards exploration by foot or car. This split-level suite sits directly above the beach, designed for two people who want the setting and the space to themselves.

Downstairs is an open-plan living area with a kitchen that has everything needed for cooking – oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge – and a dining space. The main draw is the sea-facing balcony, furnished and complete with a gas barbecue, where you can watch the bay throughout the day. Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to the bedroom: kingsize bed, en-suite shower room, and a Juliet balcony framing the water. One dog can stay free. Essentials are covered – electricity, wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels included. Private parking for one car is on site. No smoking indoors. Arrive after 4pm, depart by 10am.
