Barn House

Barn House is a converted barn on the grounds of Aubourn Hall, a Grade I listed building from 1628. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: two kingsize beds (one with an ensuite), one bunk bed, and two bathrooms. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, plus a welcome pack on arrival.

The ground floor centres on a living space with exposed beams, a wood-burning stove and access via French doors to a terrace and enclosed garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Upstairs, the main bedroom has its own bathroom with bath and shower. One dog stays free and can use the grounds, though must be kept on a lead. Two parking spaces sit directly outside.

The 12 acres of Aubourn Hall gardens are available to explore, and the property has its own tennis court and heated outdoor swimming pool (open April to October). Aubourn village has a pub serving meals, and the surrounding countryside offers walks of varying length. Lincoln lies six miles north. No smoking indoors.
