I take my daughter here regularly and we both really enjoy our time. It's fairly close to home, which is good for us. The staff are friendly and helpful, as well as being firm but fair (I got whistled at for diving in too close to the shallow end, firm but fair). During the family swim sessions, there are usually floats, water balls, floating hoops, and other toys for kids to mess about with. There are other facilities there, but we have not used them, so I don't know what they are like. If they are anything like the pools and slide, I'd venture to say they're equally as good.

Our usual swim hour. Would just like to thank Carl for making our usual swift entry into the bowels of the centre into what could only be described as a complex and labyrinthine experience not for the faint hearted. Only joking brilliant swim and brilliant staff. See you next week I'll bring a few sandwiches and a flask just in case! Five stars - Carl you know what you did!

Absolutely disgusting experience at ONE NK. Yesterday my partner went with our 1 year old daughter to the swimming pool at 3:05pm, even though the place closes at 4pm on weekends, and they refused to let them in saying the last entry was at 3pm and to come back the next day. Today they went back again at 2pm and suddenly were told the pool was ‘not working’, while other people were clearly going in and using it. The staff at reception were rude, making faces and acting annoyed the entire time. My partner does not speak perfect English, but he explained clearly that he wanted to pay for swimming access for himself and our child. What exactly was so difficult to understand? Yesterday they understood him perfectly, today suddenly they refused him access. Very unprofessional, unfriendly and honestly felt discriminatory. Avoid this place if you expect basic respect from staff.

Although its a recently new venue. My wife and I found the screening to be very hot and uncomfortable. The concept is good. Lounge recliners at the top we found our double seat to be uncomfortable after a long film. Toilets were clean and fresh. Staff were polite except when my wife tried to complain politely about the heat she was shot down by the manager. Food was good, reasonably priced for a cinema. Parking is free at the venue, but remember to use the iPad inside the entrance to register your car to get the free parking otherwise you could be fined.
