Coach House

Coach House is a converted barn on the Dorrington Hall estate, with its own enclosed garden and an eight-person hot tub. The building retains original oak beams, wooden floors and exposed brick; a vaulted ceiling rises above the open-plan living space, which has a woodburner, smart TV and French doors onto the patio. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric range, dishwasher and all the basics for self-catering. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and logs are included.

Four bedrooms, each with an ensuite: three are on the ground floor (one a kingsize, two doubles), and one double is upstairs. All four ensuites have heated towel rails. Three ground-floor bedrooms are accessed via a single step. The property sleeps eight and is yours alone; parking for three cars is on site, with an electric car charging point available. One small dog stays free of charge.

North Kesteven sits between Lincoln and Sleaford, within easy reach of Grantham too. The cathedral city of Lincoln has the castle and Bailgate's shops and restaurants; Belton House, a National Trust property, is fifteen minutes away. Families with younger children will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. No smoking inside.
