What visitors say

Beautiful and peaceful site despite the fighter jets which you somehow don't really notice and they are good to watch. Lovely location. Owners were really friendly and happy to chat. Toilets and showers always clean and the whole site kept well. Pub within walking distance. Popular fishing pool but my hubby didn't fish this time, maybe on our next visit 🙂

A very peaceful fishing and camping venue with welcoming, helpful owners. Plenty of space for pitching our motorhome, close to most fishing pegs. Good variety and standard of coarse fish. Clean showers & toilets. Reasonable prices. We will return!

Nice quiet lake plenty of fish. Since the introduction of a day visitor/spectator charge of £3 for supervising a child or helping a disabled angler making the cost £13 for 2 rods is just a disgrace. There are better lakes at a more competitive price with no extra costs and concessions for child, disabled and oap anglers.
