Cozy Lodge is a listed cottage on the edge of Barton upon Humber town centre, with everything on ground level. A sofa bed in the living room means the single kingsize bedroom can sleep two more guests, making four in total. The property is yours alone, with private parking for one car and an enclosed back garden where you can sit out, dine, and cook on the gas barbecue.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook proper meals—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and the rest—while the living space centres on a woodburner (fuel included to get you started) and smart TV. A bath with shower, heated towel rail, and linen and towels all provided mean you arrive ready to settle in. Wi-Fi connects you if you need it; the welcome pack offers local suggestions if you don't. One small pet stays free.

Barton's shops, restaurants and pubs sit within a ten-minute walk, and the town has a regular market. The Humber Bridge is nearby for exploring into East Yorkshire, while the Lincolnshire Wolds, Cleethorpes beach and the cities of Lincoln and Hull are all driveable for a day out. No smoking inside the property.
