Fuchsia Cottage

Sea Palling sits on Norfolk's coast with a sandy beach backed by dunes, a working village shop just yards away, and a café, pub and fish shop nearby. Fuchsia Cottage is a short walk from all of this. The property has two bedrooms (a double and two singles) and one bathroom, sleeping four, with parking for one car and an enclosed garden to the rear with patio seating.

Downstairs there is a living room with a wood-burning stove, a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Upstairs, both bedrooms are accessed from a landing. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and a tumble dryer is provided. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One well-behaved pet can stay at no extra charge, and there is space for them to run in the garden or on the open areas behind the beach.

The beach itself is popular for spotting local seals and has lifeguard cover in season. The Norfolk Broads—a network of rivers and lakes rich in wildlife—are a short drive inland, with boat hire and trips available from Wroxham and elsewhere. Norwich is 19 miles away; Wroxham, known as the Broads' hub, is 12 miles and has restaurants, shops and a miniature steam railway. The village suits couples, small families and anyone wanting straightforward seaside access without a car journey to the sand.
