High Tide

High Tide is a single-storey chalet within Kings Chalet Park, near Cromer. The whole property is yours alone, with private parking for two cars. Everything happens on the ground floor: an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchen equipped for real cooking, two bedrooms (one double, one with twin singles), and a shower room. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; heating is electric.

Families find plenty within reach. The park has a children's play area with swings and a zip wire, and a grassed parkland stretches towards the seafront. Cromer's wide sandy beach is walkable via a clifftop path or through town, where there are amusement arcades, crazy golf, a cinema, and Amazonia Zoo. Adults will find independent breweries, cafes and inns scattered through town. The pier runs seasonal shows at its end. A pub is within a mile. One well-behaved dog stays free. Couples or groups of four benefit from the ground-floor layout and the fact the whole place is private to you—no shared corridors or communal noise.

The Norfolk Broads National Park and Norwich are accessible by car. Cromer Carnival takes over the town in the third week of August. The coastal hopper bus service runs to neighbouring villages and towns along the coast.
