High View House

High View House is a six-bedroom property on the North Norfolk coast that sleeps 14 people, making it suitable for large family groups or friends gathering together. The whole house is yours alone, with a hot tub that seats six and an enclosed garden with patio and seating areas. One dog can stay without additional charge. The house was completely renovated in 2022.

Across three floors, bedrooms include zip-and-link kingsize beds that convert to singles on request, standard kingsize beds, and three-bed rooms with single beds. Five bathrooms and shower rooms are distributed throughout, each with walk-in showers and heated towel rails. Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen and dining area has two dishwashers, an Aga, and a breakfast bar, while a second living room, games room with table tennis, and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer are also on the ground floor. Smart TVs are in both main living spaces. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included.

The enclosed back garden has a patio, sitting-out area and terrace with a barbecue. Sea fishing is available on-site. Parking for five cars is provided. Note that there are three steps to the entrance and three steps within the garden. No smoking is permitted inside.
