West Cottage

Walk through the front door of West Cottage into a ground-floor living and dining room with an open fire, then through to a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave. The bathroom is also downstairs. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and the other a single, each with a TV. You get the whole cottage to yourself, plus parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with seating.

The village location puts you within reach of North Norfolk's main draws. Sea Palling and Horsey beaches lie a short drive away, Hickling Broad is close by (boats available to hire), and East Ruston Vicarage Gardens spreads across 32 acres inland. Walkers will find coastal paths and country trails throughout the area; the Happisburgh lighthouse sits 3 miles off. The Star Inn is just down the road, and Norwich is accessible for a day out. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; initial fuel for the open fire too. One pet is welcome. No smoking indoors.
