Angrove Country Park

Just had a 2 night stay in a dome, it was fantastic, very spacious,air conditioned which was needed as it was 28 degrees outside. The bed was like a giant marshmallow, so comfy.had small well equiped kitchen and lovely bathroom with powerful shower. Outside area was great with hot tub and bbq supplied. The grounds are very well maintained with on site restaurant and bar. Great location , stokesly and great ayton walking distance

Me and my partner have just came back from staying at the Angrove country park for a week. We enjoyed our stay and was quiet and relaxing with a good view of the mountains. On the first night we bought pizzas for the night and the oven wouldn't work so we called reception and said that we needed to wait for an electrician to come out to fix it. The reception was kind to give us a £20 food voucher for the restaurant on site. The food was good and fresh. Some of the staff on the site in the Terrace bar weren’t very friendly and didn’t talk much. The site itself is small with not much to do but there’s a few things to do thats not far in the car. Enjoyed to get away from home but don’t think that the holiday was worth the money.

We can not recommend Angrove Country Park enough. From start to finish everything has been perfect!! The lady on reception was both welcoming, helpful and gave clear instructions. We stayed in a Dome 8, it was fantastic. The bed was super comfortable, everything was so clean, the egg BBQ was so easy to use and the hot tub was wonderful. The only thing that was missing was perhaps an air frier as there's no oven. We would also highly recommend eating at the G&T bar. The food there is absolutely delicious, prices are reasonable and the people working there are so attentive and friendly. We're sad to be leaving and we will definitely be back.

Just been for my 3rd visit and wasn't disappointed! Absolutely fantastic staff & customer service is excellent! Lodge was lovely, with both bedrooms having a shower and toilet. Lovely and clean, nice comfy corner sofa, 3 tvs, not that we even needed 3 lol! Nice big decking area with outside seating and more seating in the outdoor kitchen/BBQ area, not that we used this part this time as weather was poor. The weather didn't however stop me using the fabulous hot tub, I was in it come rain and shine lol. The Gin&Tea room is lovely too, very friendly staff and very tasty food. After a mishap with a mocha cup popping and getting soaked, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and processed to cancel our bill and even offered to get my clothes dry cleaned. This was my 3rd visit but most definitely won't be my last (already started looking)🤭 Would highly recommend this park for a relaxing break!
