What visitors say
The cottage is lovely but we came when campers were hear and there is no privacy as they park up in front of the hot tub and use the toilet next to the cottage and the entrance is not a smooth entrance as is very bumpy no good if you have a sports car range Rover yes.. we spoke with the owners and they said the campers would not disturb us but they did as you have lots of campers walk up to use the toilet and you are well look over no privacy at all lovely views but the campers made it a horrible time hear as they would come up to us and talk to us not appropriate when you pay for a break away and be disturbed it was not stated that campers would be on site and for what u pay for you want privacy.so if u want privacy this is not the place to come to. Lovely when campers not on site but very over whelming when campers are on site as so disappointed as you pay for the photos in the description and it's far from it as I say lovely views but the patio should be pressure washed and it's not weeds around pic nic bench and weeds around the washing clothes line and lots of leaves that could of been cleaned up be for we arrived. We would not be staying hear again.

Ken was very welcoming! What a lovely place, we had a very chilled holiday. Great field attached to walk the dog & play football. Accommodation very nice & clean. Highly recommended, we will see you again soon, Ken.

My Wife and i have just came back from a 3 night stay at Little Haven with our Dog. Ken met us on our arrival he was very friendly and helpful explained everything to us including what was in the local area. It was a very nice and clean place with a very large field on the side which ken let us use to walk our dog. Coop superstore a few miles away and lots of lovely walks close by. The Hot tub was also great for relaxing.

Well where do I start? Littlehaven was just wonderful, a proper home from home. Ken the owner was very welcoming and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful cosy cottage with breathtaking views from the hot tub across to Captain Cooks Monument across a huge meadow that Ken welcomed us to use to walk the dog. At some point there were a couple of tents on the meadow but Ken always had them camp at the other side of the meadow so no problems there as it was so vast. The bedding and towels were top notch hotel quality and beds were so comfy and clean. With ample hanging and drawer space in the bedrooms. The bathroom had no actual bath but a beautiful huge shower with plenty of hot water. Whilst it's true there is only a 2 hob stove top and no traditional oven there was a good sized Combi convection oven/microwave and we managed perfectly well to have a lovely cooked breakie every morning for 4 of us and a cooked evening meal. The WiFi in this property was the best we have had anywhere. Definitely worth a visit to Staithes and Runswick Bay with thier beautiful old cobbled streets charm and stunning beaches which were both dog friendly. All in all we had a fab stay with my parents who found the property very accessible being all on one level, Ken you are a truegentleman and we thank you for the memories, kind regards Julie, Albie, Chris and Fred. 😊
