What visitors say

Beautiful landscape and area well worth a visit especially if you like hiking as plenty of walks available. Village is wonderful to visit as well. Parking on site right next to lodges. The lodge could do with some work to it else was nice. The enclosed dog area not very suitable in the lodge we stayed in for dogs that can climb, jump or big dogs as they can see into the field with sheep and would be able to get over the wall as there a tree stump right at bottom of steps they can use we had to keep ours on leads.

So looking forward to staying here after booking elsewhere with hoseasons.Greeted by air freshener plug ins in all rooms. Which seemed to obscure smells Hoover full of party confetti from previous occupants 2 power cuts, boiler lost pressure this seems a problem in this accommodation dated and tired complained to hoseasons and owners didn't want to know bath would not fill up.1st time i have ever complained be warned on consideration new in 2017 was a clue boutique and luxury would be nowhere near our experience

Our lodge was extremely worn and the hot tub was fairly cold on our 1st use. Then the next morning it was not working at all! The maintenance guy bless him tried his best to get it sorted for us, which eventually he did. I would stay again if the lodges were upgraded.

My friend and I have just stayed in a lodge with a hot tub and we’ve had the best time! Alan & Tina who run the site couldn’t do more for us they’re first rate, nothing is too much trouble. The Lodge was so light and airy, and warm! The hot tub was the icing on the cake. A lovely experience and a short walk to Hawes. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
