What visitors say

Excellent fishing here. Although there are carp in here to mid teens, silver fish are the target. Quality roach and a good head of chub, up to 4lbs. Fishes well all year round. And still only a six pound a day.

Visited recently and found out that visiting anglers can still fish the lake this year 2026.I understand that you can fish at this venue UNTIL a notice appears stating that you CANNOT fish here. Great news 🙏👍

Excellent value for money. Old man happy fishing whilst I enjoy the peace and quiet doing nothing......bliss! On site bar is great, the lovely couple who staff it remembered my name and drinks, big plus in my book! Site owners friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming again!
