Beagle Lodge

Couples and small families will find Beagle Lodge a comfortable base for a coastal break. The property sleeps four across two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom—one an ensuite, the other a family bathroom with shower over the bath. Everything is on the ground floor, with five steps to the entrance. The open-plan living space has a wood-burner, Smart TV and dining area that flows into a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. An enclosed decked area with garden furniture sits at the front, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks, and there is private parking for two cars.

Runswick Bay itself draws swimmers, paddleboarders and walkers to its sheltered waters and surrounding cliffs. The village has two pubs serving food, with one within easy reach of the lodge at the top of the hill. The nearby Pines at Runswick Bay is worth exploring. More exposed beaches popular with surfers, like Saltburn, are a short drive away. WiFi, bed linen, towels and heating are included. One dog may stay with you at no extra cost. No smoking indoors.
