Elizabeth Cottage is a terraced cottage in Hinderwell, a village on the Yorkshire Coast. You enter at ground level into a living and dining space with exposed brickwork, a woodburner in a cast iron fireplace, and a Smart TV for quieter evenings. The kitchen beyond has a two-ring hob, electric hob, air fryer and combi microwave, with fridge and freezer for storing provisions. Upstairs—a climb of two short flights with a handrail—are the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom holds a double bed with stripped wooden floors and a large window seat; the bathroom has a bath with shower and heated towel rail.
Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard, and the initial fuel for the fire is included. Outside is an enclosed, south-facing courtyard with a paved terrace and garden furniture, with a washer-dryer in a utility room. One parking permit for the site comes with the booking. One dog stays free; the cottage is on a bus route that runs daily to Whitby and the surrounding coastal villages, useful if you prefer not to drive. No smoking inside.
