The property is a minute's walk from the park and leisure centre, and you can reach Skipton's town centre and canal on foot. No smoking is permitted indoors. One well-behaved pet can stay free.

Skipton is a working market town with independent shops, outdoor markets running four days a week, restaurants and pubs, plus Skipton Castle at the top of the high street. It's also the gateway to walking in Wharfedale and the wider Dales. Leeds train station is accessible in under an hour.
