Hungate Cottages offers a whole property to yourselves with direct access to a private stretch of Pickering Beck—a significant draw for anglers. The cottage sleeps five across three bedrooms: a double, two zip-and-link singles (suitable for children), and a single. One bathroom serves the property, with a separate toilet on the ground floor. The layout spreads across two floors, with the living and dining space, kitchen and toilet downstairs, and all three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A wood-burning fire, central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. WiFi is available throughout. The property has on-site parking and shares a garden with seating and a barbecue; a children's play area is also shared. A pub lies within a mile's walk. This is a non-smoking property and families, couples and holidaymakers are welcome.

Pickering town centre is a short distance away, with its castle, church frescoes and the heritage railway running through the moors to Grosmont. From here you can reach the North York Moors easily, the coast, York (26 miles), and numerous country houses and abbeys across North Yorkshire.
