Martin

Martin is a newly built cottage arranged over two floors in a quiet courtyard just off Filey's main street. The ground floor holds a double bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower; upstairs, an open-plan living space with vaulted ceiling and roof windows contains the kitchen, dining area and sitting room. Everything needed for self-catering is here—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer—along with wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels. A private patio with garden furniture sits to the front, and there is parking for one car. One small dog is welcome; smoking is not permitted.

The cottage stands within easy reach of Filey's shops, tearooms and restaurants. The beach is a three-minute walk away. From here, you can explore the Victorian promenade and cliffs, or venture further to Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve for seabirds, the North Yorkshire Moors for walking and cycling, or Dalby Forest. The North Yorkshire Moors Railway and various attractions across the Yorkshire coast are within a short drive.
