Ryehills Farm - The Old Dairy

A former barn converted into a single-storey cottage near Pickering, The Old Dairy has been finished to luxury standard with exposed beams, a wood burner and countryside views. It sleeps four across two bedrooms—a kingsize and a zip-and-link super kingsize that can be configured as twin beds on request—and has two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master and one family bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower. The open-plan living space contains a leather sofa, 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix, and doors that open directly onto the garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and separate utility room housing a washer-dryer. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with logs for the wood burner and a welcome pack. The enclosed lawned garden has a private hot tub, patio with furniture and a BBQ; parking for two cars is provided. One dog stays free. The cottage does not permit smoking.
