Staithes sits on the Yorkshire coast with a working harbour, narrow streets lined with galleries and cafés, and a handful of pubs and shops within easy reach. The Bungalow stands at the top of the village, offering a private base for exploring both the old village below and the surrounding coastline. A single dog is welcome, and children have space to move around freely.
The property is set on one level and sleeps five across three bedrooms: a super king, a king and a single. There is one shower room. The kitchen has a range cooker, dishwasher and all the basics for self-catering; the living and dining space opens onto a front patio and a larger back garden where there is a stone barbecue and seating. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Off-road parking for two cars is on site, and an electric car charging point is available at cost.
The village itself rewards a wander—the steep banks down to the harbour lead to cafés, independent shops and a small museum covering local maritime history. A pub near the top serves home-cooked meals, and there is a supermarket and fish and chip shop close by. No smoking is permitted in the property.
