Belford sits on the edge of Northumberland's quieter reaches, close enough to the coast that Bamburgh and its castle are just a few miles away. Lindisfarne Cottage is part of a small terrace on a dead-end lane, with views across the burn and backing onto fields. The village itself has pubs, cafes, shops and regular bus services, making it a practical base for exploring the area without feeling remote.

Inside, the cottage holds three bedrooms across the first floor: a double, two singles, and a bunk room suited to children. Downstairs is an open-plan living space with a kitchen that has a gas cooker, fridge and microwave—enough to prepare full meals. The single bathroom contains a bath with shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi are included. Out the back, an enclosed patio has garden furniture and a barbecue. There's parking for two cars on site. One dog can stay free of charge. Smoking is not permitted inside.
