Branch Toes

Branch Toes is a well-equipped modern house designed to make the most of its coastal setting near Beadnell. The layout puts the main living spaces upstairs—an open-plan kitchen and dining area that opens onto a terrace—so you can cook, eat and drink while looking out to sea. Bedrooms are on the lower floor, each with its own bathroom, which means eight guests can move around without queuing. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included in your stay.

The house works for families or groups of friends wanting a straightforward beach break. You're steps from the sand, there's parking on site, and a garden to use when you want some shelter from the wind. No smoking inside. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Check-in is after 4pm and you'll need to leave by 10am on departure day.
