Dune View

Dune View stands just across the dunes from Beadnell Bay's sandy beach. This detached house sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged over two floors with a kitchen and living space on the ground level. The main living area is open-plan, with French doors opening onto a decked patio furnished for outdoor meals. A woodburner sits at the heart of the seating space, and the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and a washer-dryer are all there. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; initial logs for the stove come with the booking.

Downstairs holds a double bedroom with a separate toilet nearby. Upstairs are two further bedrooms: a kingsize with an ensuite shower, and a twin with a large family bathroom between them (offering both bath and shower). There is parking for two cars on-site, a bike store, and access to a shared tennis court within the development. The village of Beadnell has a shop and pubs serving food. No smoking is permitted inside.
