High Hemmel House is a quality, stone-built cottage with panoramic views towards Embleton Bay and can sleep eight people. There is a ground floor super king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room leading to a twin bedroom, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner and an understairs cupboard housing the washing machine. Note: The swimming pool is available for all guests staying in our 13 cottages and 4 apartments. Guests must go to the pool entrance area to sign up for the swimming slots they would like to use, using their property name. Each stay is allocated a number of slots, 7 night stay - 5 slots, 5 night stay - 3 slots,3 night stay - 2 slots. The same time slot is not available to each property each day. Outside there is ample off road parking, a patio with furniture and a hot tub and a shared childrenÂs play area on the cottage complex. High Hemmel House is a lovely holiday base.

Cot and highchair. EV charger onsite. Ample off road parking. Patio with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Shared children's play area on cottage complex. Beach 1 mile. Note: Beach is accessed via owner's land. Note: One twin bedroom only accessed through first floor double bedroom. Note: As hot tub is emptied and cleaned before the start of each stay, hot tub may not be up to temperature at time of arrival. Hot tub can not be used between the hours of 11pm -7am.
